Frequently Asked Questions

1. Click the Create User button in the top right corner of the page.

2. Enter your email and desired password.

3. Fill in your user information and email notification preferences.

4. You now have an account!

We recommend completing the Get started checklist (the rocket icon in the bottom right of the page), which guides you through the first key steps: create a player profile, register for a round, set your availability, and play your first match.

1. Go to Your matches via the navigation.

2. Find the match you want to report and click Edit scores.

3. Click Add set, enter the set score, and add more sets as needed.

4. Click Save to submit the result.

5. Your opponent must then confirm the result — you will receive a notification once they have done so.

1. Immediately after creating your account, you will be prompted to create a player profile. Click Create profile.

2. Fill in your first name, last name, date of birth, and gender.

3. Select the tournament categories you want to participate in, e.g. Men's Singles, Ladies Singles, or Mixed Doubles.

4. Select your current skill level.

5. Accept the terms and conditions and click Save.

You can edit your player profile at any time under User menu → Profile.

1. Go to your group page via Play → Your group.

2. Click Edit Availability.

3. Select the dates in the calendar when you are free.

4. Click the time slots you are available. You can also click and drag across multiple hours to select them at once.

5. Click Save.

Your availability is used by the system to match you with opponents at times that work for both of you.

Racketeer League is available as a free app for both iOS and Android.
